Information session on the Family Violence and Cross-Examination of Parties Scheme and grants of aid provided under s102NA of the Family Law Act 1975. Addressing what the grant of aid does and does not cover, fees available under the grant of aid, common misconceptions, and FAQs.

The content of this session may meet the CPD needs of lawyers in the CPD field of Professional Skills. Lawyers may claim one CPD unit for each hour attended (a maximum of 0.5 unit for this event) as per the Legal Profession Uniform Continuing Professional Development (Solicitors) Rules 2015.
