KYWA - Kundalini Yoga Western Australia - Community brings you our 2023 Summer Solstice Celebration.Saturday 16th December. 4 to 7pm. St Hildas Hall, 15 View St North Perth.
This year we offer a high vibe afternoon of Kundalini Yoga kriya + meditation + chanting, led by a team of KYWA teachers.
This special Kundalini experience is followed by a delicious supper and a chance for relaxing together in community.
The solstices are times to individually set yourself in harmony with the sun, to be in tune with the natural rhythms of the planet. Collectively, it's a time to harmonise with others. As we say in the teachings, community is the bridge to the divine: from the We in me to the Thou in all.
Bring yoga mat, cushion if needed, a light blanket for the relaxation and water.
This year the event is by donation of what you can afford. Do give something though, so as to create a space in yourself to receive.
KYWA members free (for this you need to be a certified teacher).
