Combining the powerful art of Yoga and Systemic Constellation, Janette and Tatjana facilitate Saturday 20. january 2024 for you.We are setting intentions for the New Year 2024 as well as getting ready to face whatever the year may have in stall for us.
In this full day workshop 10am -4 pm, we connect with our inner wisdom, tapping into our resources for strength and decision making to make 2024 a Year for our personal and professional development in relation to our SELF, our Loved Ones, our Success, Health and our intention to create improvements for us and our families.
This is a somatic process to create opportunities for change in our wellbeing, self care and relationships through awareness and insight.
