In this workshop, we will explore a range of techniques to transform foraged, grown or bought flowers, herbs and berries into beautiful syrups, fermented beverages, teas, and tinctures to create stunning, medicinal, delicious and fun cocktails or mocktails for the Summer season, or any time of year :)
This is going to be a unique event, where each elixir you create will be able to replicated with most flowers, herbs or berries. Once you learn the basics you will be able to explore and experiment with all kinds of herbal wonders. You will be shown how to create the elixirs and be given a guided instruction book with recipes for syrups, essences and fermented drinks, plus cocktail recipes. I will educate you on which flowers and herbs are edible, and some easy substitutions or swaps you can try at home.
You will of course get to taste a range of cocktails or mocktails.
