This face to face workshop is designed to enhance ACP confidence & knowledge. The focus is on 'how to have a conversation' in a practical & interactive way.
Training is in two parts.
Part 1 - online E- learning Campaigns 1, 2 & 3 are compulsory & must be completed prior to attending the workshop.
