Resting on a mat, your body will be supported by bolsters, blocks and blankets, immersed in mediative live music of Cello Flute & Sansula and singing bowls.

A beautiful treat to rejuvenate and restore inner balance through deep rest.

Soothing soundscapes invite your imagination to wonder, dream and come home to yourself, as your body rests and finds back to a centred peaceful state.
In this multi-instrumental performance Cello Flute and Sansula enter a dialogue with nature and repeating melodic waves are designed to gently remind your senses of the peace and balance nature provides which we reflect inside of us.
