About
Set your coaching team up for successful 2024 season.This workshop is for coach convenors, coach co ordinator and Presidents and is designed to map out structures that guide your team.
Finding and keeping coaches can be a juggling act each season.
We believe if you support, guide and setup your coaches at the beginning of each season with the tools they need, you will not only develop but retain your coaching team.
Please note - This program is NOT a practical on court session. This program will shape how you put your program together and set structures for your team. The toolkit and Playbook access we give you will help you develop and train your coaches.
There are sessions for the online program. Each program will be recorded if you can not make a session.
First session is the 10th of Feb 9am - 1pm and second session is 16th Feb 5.30pm - 8pm.
You only need to enrol in one the first session.
