HMAS Harman PFT - Forearm Plank & Beep Test

ONLY the Beep Test will be conducted on Mondays.
Conducted every Monday at 0900.
Location: BLD 480 Weapons Training Facility (Located behind Command Building. BLD 150).
Please arrive by 0855 for a 0900 start.
Members who are MEC 3 and above can volunteer to attempt the PFT under the guidance of a medical professional. This is in accordance with ANP4104-3 - Annex 1B under Medicial Considerations for the RANPFT.
Any changes made prior to the day will be advertised on the PTI SharePoint page.
