Get fit and have fun in a low-impact, water-based exercise session! We meet every Friday from 1pm to 2pm.These sessions are taught by a qualified Exercise Physiologist at the Gympie Aquatic Recreation Centre. Open to veterans, partners/carers, and friends. There is no cost to participate as these sessions are fully funded by the Gympie RSL Sub Branch.
***Bookings open on the first of each month at 8AM for the entire month, except where the first is the day of the event and in such case, open the first of the previous month. Please cancel your booking if you are unable to attend.***
