Ticket includes 2 course lunch, alternating dessert and glass of bubbles on arrival.
Choice of Main:
- Champagne Chicken, with a mushroom sauce on sweet potato mash and wilted spinach
- Risotto in a napoli sauce with mixed vegetables, finished with parmesan and truffle oil
- Australian Lamb Cutlets wrapped in pastry with pea puree mash and jus
Alternating Dessert:
- Chocolate Mousse with fresh berries
- Lemon Meringue Tart
