Congratulations on your pregnancy! Welcome to the booking page for Birth and Parenting Classes at Fairfield Hospital.
These face to face classes help prepare you for labour and birth and make informed decisions about your care. They also build knowledge and confidence in caring for your newborn.

• Comprehensive, FREE sessions facilitated by Registered Midwife/Parent Educator
• TWO consecutive Saturdays 9am-3.30pm
• Classes are for expectant parents and support people booked at Fairfield Hospital
• Parents are encouraged to book their classes early, commencing no later than 35 weeks
• One ticket per person (i.e. Two tickets for a couple), covers the two Saturday/Sun sessions

Week 1:
• LABOUR & BIRTH
• WORKING WITH PAIN and THE BIRTH ENVIRONMENT
• MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Week 2:
• POSTNATAL PERIOD
• CARING FOR YOUR NEWBORN
• BREASTFEEDING

Once you have filled out your details you will receive an email confirming your spot, followed by an email a week prior to your first session.
