(Online) Mindful touch: embodied breathing

This 5-week series of online classes on Zoom explores practices of embodied mindfulness, touch, and presence, to promote relaxation and well-being.The primary focus throughout this series will be cultivating awareness of the body’s midline (the spine) and the organs and muscles associated with breathing, such as the lungs, thoracic diaphragm, and pelvic diaphragm.
This series is gentle and suitable for everyone. No prior experience is required.
