In collaboration with The Piddington Society, IRSWA presents the 2024 Investigations Workshop.CORE TOPICS AREAS
1. Identification of problems - when is an investigation required?
2. Investigation design - preparing for an investigation
3. Evidence - gathering & assessing evidence
4. Ethical dilemmas in investigations
5. Interviews – key skills, dealing with challenging witnesses and managing transcripts/statements/recordings
6. Presenting outcomes – report drafting & making findings and recommendations
7. Post-investigation procedure – next steps following an investigation
Claim up to six CPD points.
