In the new year, the Recorder of Titles will formally publish a set of Directions specifying requirements and procedures regarding preparation and lodgment of documents, in accordance with Section 160A(6) of the Land Titles Act 1980. The Recorder will advise of the date that these Directions will come into effect.
To assist with the transition to the new practices and procedures associated with conveyancing, the Land Titles Office will be conducting Information Sessions.
Please note that due to capacity restrictions, we are unable to accommodate support staff.

Venue: Hotel Grand Chancellor Launceston, 29 Cameron Street, Launceston TAS 7250. In-person attendance only.
Time: 3:30 pm to 5 pm. Registration and coffee/tea session will commence at 3 pm
Public open-air parking is available on site for $6 per day. Guests will need to collect a parking pass from reception.
