Join us for a fully immersive healing experience on the "21st of January" from 6 to 9 pm at the Doubleview girls guide hall where Noetic resonance & Kirsty Jade yoga present a 3-hr immersion of yoga, cacao & sound.A 60 min yin/yang flow --- Followed with hot ceremonial cacao --- a 60 min multi-instrumental sound journey --- finished with shared healthy light snacks.
YOGA - Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, It works on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active practice. This works on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility.
Ceremonial cacao - Rooted in ancient traditions and reimagined for modern times, the cacao ceremony creates a space for introspection, emotional healing, and spiritual connection.
Sound Journey - Surrender to the vibrations and sounds the permeate through the mind body and soul for healing and transformation.
