Touch and movement are fundamental aspects of our human experience, allowing us to cultivate a sense of community that fosters safety, freedom, creativity, and bonding among individuals.
This workshop invites you to embody the relationship between movement, play/interaction, rest, and touch as resources for both well-being and creativity. Drawing from my somatic practice and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, the explorations throughout the workshop include:
+ Scribbling to embody bodily sensations, movement, and interaction.
+ Listening from the spine, embodying it as the central midline to connect with others and external space.
+ Resting and tuning into a receptive state through touch.
The workshop will be facilitated by Chung Nguyen, a dance artist, and registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. More information: nguyenchung.info
