Our four sessions gently energise and explore your growth mindset. Art making and reflection opens your imagination to new possibilities and patterns. Embrace yourself and shake your repeated patterns a little looser. We come together in a supportive group with no pressure to share, just to enjoy, express and playfully create. Who: Adult group age 16+ - especially beautiful for people working on addiction/dependence, habitual thoughts, and behaviours.Method: Guided meditation - pencil, pastel, acrylic and textile
