Tummy Time Workshop

About
Tummy time is one of the first and earliest forms of exercise for your baby. Spending time on their tummy is a fundamental developmental milestone that builds the foundation for their development, future motor skills, prevents head flattening and leads into their next milestones (rolling, crawling, and walking!). Tummy time is also vital for building the connections in your baby’s brain as they respond to gravity leading to a highly stimulating experience for your bub.In this workshop, we explore all the questions you may have, such as; how high should my baby be able to lift their head? How long should they spend on their tummy? What are the best techniques? And what do I do if my baby hates it?
The Nitty Gritty:
1. To get the most out of the workshop, it will be a small, intimate group
2. This will be a practical session, please wear comfortable clothes
3. This session is best suited to bubs 5mths and younger
