Summer is a lovely time to immerse yourself in some yoga. I am offering a yoga summer mini retreat in January 2025. The idea is to start the day with yoga each morning for a week. This will give you a beautiful, nourishing start to the day and the year. The classes aim to calm the mind and vitalise the body ready for the day ahead.
$90 for five classes
