Project Active - NinjaVibe Teen Fitness (Term 2, 2024)
Join an exhilarating fitness journey tailor-made for teenagers! Suitable for all fitness levels, ensuring a blast of fun while promoting a healthy lifestyle. Sessions feature a variety of activities to enhance strength, agility, balance, coordination, endurance, stability, and stamina.
Activities include Zuu fitness, speed ladder challenges, resistance training and battle rope training to name a few.
Cost: $80. This is a 5 week course due to Labour Day public holiday.
Minimum 10 students, maximum 15 students.
Register your interest by Sunday 28th January, 2024. You will then receive an invitation for acceptance and payment by Friday 2nd February, 2024.
