About
An interactive workshop for Victorian Community Health Program providers to guide implementation of the 2023 Demand Management Toolkit. The Toolkit’s purpose is to support community health services to manage demand across the consumer journey.This workshop is suitable for managers, team leaders, clinicians and administration staff and is funded and endorsed by the Victorian Department of Health. Workshops will incorporate training in the STAT model and how it can be used to address the demand management principles in the Toolkit.
By the end of this workshop participants can expect to understand:
- The principles guiding the Demand Management Toolkit and the STAT model
- How the STAT model could be applied to address the principles of demand management outlined in The Toolkit
- Potential strategies to manage demand across different phases of the consumer journey
- Steps involved in implementing demand management strategies
- How these might apply in Community Health
