We are delighted to be collaborating with Head Chef, Holly Wright, Byng Street Boutique Hotel and Head Wine Maker Tomm McDonald, along with owners of Macquariedale, Derice & Ross McDonald, for an evening of exceptional food and wine, showcasing local produce. The evening will begin with our Sparling Blanc de Blanc and oysters served on the terrace of Byng Street Hotel. A four course delicious meal with matching Macquariedale's wines will follow served in the beautiful Yallungah dining room.Location
