The AGM and lunch will be held at Mercure Gold Coast.
12noon - Meet and Mingle
12:30 - Annual General Meeting Commences
12:45 - 1pm - Club Lunch Commences
Please note financial members and transferred members are welcome to attend. However, to vote or contribute during the AGM your 2024 club membership fees, transferal documentation and payment of club fees are to be processed with the secretary and treasurer by 5pm Monday 12th February.
