Guests enjoy a behind the scenes VIP experience immersing themselves in a 360 degree experience covering all aspects of the truffle industry.
Approx 2-3 Hour Tour Package Inclusions:
- Tour and Talk in our Display Truffiere
- See a truffle detection dog in action both at our training centre and then at a secret location on a local truffle farm. Join handlers and dogs on the hunt for the black gold and be beside the growers as they dig up the spoils.
Learn how truffles grow and are harvested, uses in foods and condiment production.
Hear how we clean, grading and evaluating truffles.
Enjoy product tastings, drinks and canapes, featuring truffle and non truffle gourmet goodness.
Limit 20 per tour to ensure an intimate and personal experience.
Please note we do not guarantee finding of truffles or participating in digging as this is at the growers discretion and yields. Not all farms have truffles every visit.
