Stop, Breathe, Meditate HDC Port Macquarie
Through meditation we can experience a calm spacious feeling in our mind. This peaceful feeling will help us to deal with the busyness and stresses of modern day life. In this half day course Resident teacher Kadam Mick Marcon will explain the value of making time to Stop, breathe and meditate and give practical guidance on how to meditate. Everyone is welcome and no previous expereince is required.
