About
Dynamic Movements is a 5-week series of movement classes that cultivates the qualities of fluidity, builds inner strength, and responsiveness in the body-mind through movement improvisation.Throughout the series, we'll explore:
+ Moving our bodies in response to guided tasks or prompts.
+ Shifting from the thinking mind to the moving body.
+ Playing with different movement qualities and rhythms, such as fast and slow, directional and indirectional, tense and release, rolling and jumping, and more.
This series is for anyone who enjoys exploring their unique style of movement and expression. No prior experience is required.
