Join us for the launch of local author Steve Tolbert's new novel Nowhere Man and the Roadkill Lady. Steve will be joined in conversation by Associate Professor Pam Allen from UTAS. Nowhere Man and the Roadkill Lady is a tender, funny and moving story of how a love for wild things can heal the wildness of the human heart.Steve Tolbert is a retired teacher who has called Australia home since moving here in 1969, but he has been in Tasmania long enough to be considered a local. Steve enjoys travelling, especially throughout Asia and his previous books have been inspired by these travels in Myanmar and India. His new novel published by Forty South is set closer to home on the West Coast of Tasmania.
