Join us for this day tour of some fabulous Western District gardens. Exclusive access to these private gardens led by passionate and knowledgeable guide Anna Affleck. In Dunkeld, head gardener Rob Glazebrook will guide us around the extraordinary garden of Allan & Maria Myers with its sweeping lawns, lakes and unique Australian plant material. We will visit Yamba, near Caramut, where owner Helen Diprose will share with us her collection of bulbs, perennials and grasses. Of note at Yamba is the creative use of hedges, as windbreaks and to frame the large borders. We will also explore the Bateman/Guilfoyle grounds of Kolor. Highlights include hearing from renowned tree expert Bill Funk at the Dunkeld Arboretum and afternoon tea at the beautiful Kimpton & Co. homewares boutique.
