In this 60-minute online workshop for those having difficulty connecting, we talk about:
- The issues you are experiencing, and what affects your ability to connect.
- What makes good and effective communication.
- Being relational-centred, which means with the right little changes when interacting with another person, it can make a big difference.
Following participation we hope you will:
- have greater understanding of yourself and how you interact.
- be able to better understand why people act the way they do.
- have more skills and strategies to draw upon in your daily engagement with people, and feel better equipped to face various challenges.
