RSL Active has saddled up with Equinnect to offer veterans and their family members a unique opportunity to work with horses.Located in Gidgegannup, Equinnect provides horse assisted learning to boost self-awareness, connection, confidence and curiosity.
Horse assisted learning enables you to care and work with horses on the ground and communicate with them. While no horse riding is involved, learning and fun occurs between you and the horse and it also provides best practice and safety for you to ride a horse.
The experience will be offered in a one-on-one session or pairs with a friend or family member. Equinnect will contact you to arrange a date and time.
