The Mornington Peninsula Shire have provided Soldier On Australia an opportunity to host an exciting Job Ready Workshop on the Mornington Peninsula, supporting Defence members, veterans and their families. Soldier On, in collaboration with Karen Gallacher, a 20-year RAAF veteran and industry leading expert in recruitment, will empower registered participants with up-to-date and relevant skills for being job ready. Whether you're currently serving, transitioned, or a partner of a serving member, you'll gain insight, valuable skills, and knowledge about transferrable skills and experience you've attained through your life and employment history. Learn unique and useful techniques that will showcase your potential and enable you to stand out to employers.Topics covered will include:

• How to tailor your CV and cover letters to a job advertisement,
• How to ace your interview.
