Join us for Prenatal Yoga, a rejuvenating class designed specifically for pregnancy.You will be guided through gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises tailored to support your pregnancy journey. This class is for all trimesters. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome. All equipment provided, but feel free to bring your own mat and props if you prefer.
Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your body, calm your mind, bond with your baby and prepare for their arrival. Look forward to seeing you and sharing the practice.
