About
The intention of this Autumn Rest Immersion is to experience the full benefit a longer restorative yoga practice can offer. Now more than ever we need to reconnect with rest practices that heal the effects of stress on the body.After the busyness of summer, autumn is the perfect time to make space for conscious rest. Benefits of a restorative practice include:
-stress levels reduce
-immune system is strengthened
-lower blood pressure
-support your mental wellbeing
No flexibility or familiarity with Restorative Yoga is needed, just a willingness to find deep rest. Entirely floor based, all poses can be modified and adjusted to suit all body requirements. A wider variety of props will be used and zen tea and a sweet treat are included.
EARLYBIRD: $45 (bookings made prior to March 31)
LATEBIRD: $50 (bookings made after March 31)
