About
This course is designed for all SVHM Mental Health Community, Medical, Lived Experience & Allied Health staff.This is required to be completed as soon as possible after commencing employment within the mental health service and repeated annually thereafter to maintain your competency.
This course addresses de-escalation and aggression prevention techniques.
This is a full-day course, each participant is required to attend both theoretical (3 hours) and practical (3 hours) components.
All face-to-face sessions are subject to capacity restrictions.
