About
Workplace investigations must be conducted with the psychological safety of all participants front of mind. This includes ensuring that the decision to proceed to an investigation is well-founded and the process is procedurally fair. This means that the investigator and the employer must take reasonable steps to mitigate the risks associated with an investigation, and with the aftermath. To celebrate the 4th edition of Worklogic’s book Effective Workplace Investigations, we are delighted to present an in-person breakfast seminar for our Perth clients.
Join Worklogic directors Jason Clark (SYD), Jodie Fox (MEL) and Jennifer Porter (PER) for a discussion on the latest hot topics in investigations, including a discussion on how to manage the psychological safety of investigation participants as well as looking at the new additions to the book.
