This is a uniquely fun and interactive four-hour (in person) workshop, conducted in an open studio style space, with tips, strategies and activities to promote a culture of workplace health and wellbeing.We will move, learn, reflect, have fun and connect with like-minded people.
Suitable for anyone, particularly those who are part of a workplace community and have a Wellbeing/HR/People focused role.
Participants will leave with a great feeling after a fun and engaging day, equipped with actionable strategies!
