This is our first Member Meeting of 2024, which will focus on the future of programming and understanding current trends and emerging challenges. With increasing costs of touring, the emergence of slow touring, and a greater focus on equity and inclusion within programming practices, venue managers and programmers need to ensure their practices and policies are evolving and adapting.
Join us to hear from sector leaders and participate in vital discussions with colleagues. A full agenda will be released closer to the event date.

Ticket Prices
All ticket prices include day 1 and 2 attendance, plus dinner on Tuesday night.

- $150 - Small Venue (Small Venue Associate VAPAC Members)
- $150 - Reduced (As part of its commitment to removing barriers to participation in our sector, VAPAC offers reduced event registration for anyone from the following communities: First Nations, Deaf and Disabled, CALD, and LGBTQIA+. We do not ask for any proof or verification when registering or at the venue. All data is stored privately and securely.)
