We ask all Vendors to secure your position with a Venue by contacting the registered Wedding Venue directly BEFORE registering here.

HINTERLAND TOURISM MEMBERSHIP

To participate in the Maleny Wedding Festival you are required to be a Hinterland Tourism Sunshine Coast (HTSC) member. Please read the full Terms and Conditions.

  • Current Members - Your membership must be renewed prior to regsitering for the festival - view Membership Packages (Gold or Platinum required)
  • New Members - Complete the online Membership Application and member listing or we can invoice you separately for your chosen Membership Package (Gold or Platinum required) and create your listing

Member Benefits Include:

  • The opportunity to participate in both of the Maleny Wedding Festival Trails (Winter and Summer) in July and January
  • You receive a detailed member listing on the HTSC website under your chosen category 
  • You receive Social Media Marketing through the Hinterland Tourism and Maleny Wedding Festival Facebook and Instagram accounts - with the opportunity for sharing member posts and stories

Vendor Terms and Conditions 2024 Winter Maleny Wedding Festival Trail

The Maleny Wedding Festival Trail is a Hinterland Tourism Sunshine Coast (HTSC) member event.  For details of how to join HTSC, go to  https://visitsunshinecoasthinterland.com.au/members/

HTSC Membership and Festival Registration Cost

To participate in this event, you are required to be a HTSC member at the time of the event, or you may register as a non-member. 

Please note that your membership is not finalised until you have received a receipt or written confirmation from the HTSC Committee. This receipt for membership payment may need to be presented to your chosen Venue prior to the Festival weekend.

Membership Fees

View Membership Packages. 
View Member Application where you can either pay via credit/debit card or pay direct deposit via invoice for your chosen Membership Package.  Otherwise please contact our Membership Officer at membership@hinterlandtourism.com.au  if you require assistance.

Festival Registration Fees

VENUES – FREE to open as a Venue, if a paid financial member of HTSC at time of event, hosting a minimum of 6 and maximum of 25 vendors, and thank you for your support of all your exhibiting vendors.
VENUES – $385 inc GST to open as a Venue Only, if a paid financial member of HTSC at time of event.
VENDORS – Member registration to exhibit at one Venue, if a paid financial member of HTSC at time of event:
- $385 including GST 

Non-member’s registration is $715 incl. GST to exhibit at one venue if they do not wish to become a HTSC member.
ACCOMMODATION VENUES – Registration as an Open House and to exhibit as a Vendor at one of the Venues, if you are a paid financial member of HTSC at time of event:
- $385 including GST 
Alternatively, accommodation members may open for free, however will not receive any promotion or advertising from HTSC and will need to do their own promotion.

Refunds
Under no circumstance will refunds or credits be given once a booking is made. Please be mindful at the time of registering as you are securing your position with this venue and will be part of the promotions. This includes but not limited to taking on other work, illness including Covid, staffing issues and so forth.

Venue Allocations

The minimum number of Vendors required to be hosted at each participating Festival Venue is 6 Vendors, with a maximum of 25 Vendors. We ask Venues to contact their preferred suppliers as early as possible to secure your vendors, and to communicate any relevant information regarding the festival with the vendors directly. Venues are welcome to have a waitlist once the maximum of 25 is reached, for any Vendors who wish to exhibit with them. Our Event Coordinator will help to place vendors if their preferred venue is full.

Each vendor is to seek placement with a registered Festival Venue prior to paying their Registration Fee on TryBooking. Each venue has the right to accept or not accept a supplier regarding space availability, numbers of vendors in a category or in total. We encourage vendors to make direct contact with venues for showcase placement and liaise with the venue directly.

Vendors can participate at no more than 2 venues unless prior consent from the wedding committee has been motioned and accepted.

Should you register to be part of the festival it is an expectation that you will be at the festival for the duration of the days event from 10am to 3.00pm. We will NOT allow static stands. When registering you understand that the expectation is to be present at your venue stand for the duration of the day.

 If any Vendors have any issues finding a Venue, or vice versa, please contact the Event Coordinator at events@hinterlandtourism.com.au .
