I'm delighted to host inspiring whole food chef and author, Holly Davis for this sourdough baking class in my Palm Beach Kitchen. Holly is a well seasoned wholefood, sourdough baking and fermentation teacher, her cooking style uses traditional ingredients and embraces the dietary principles practiced by societies prior to industrialised food production. You will learn all you need to know about the art of creating, caring for & maintaining a sourdough starter, & its use in making & baking delectable, digestible loaves & more. The dough you make in the class will go home with you, for you to prove & bake; of course you'll also savour a chunk of crusty loaf with cheese and pickles in class. This is an intimate, 'hands on class' ~ Saturday 20th April from 1pm-5pm ~ Cost $295 ~This class is not suitable for Coeliacs & Gluten Free folk.
