Small Business Workshop and Strategic Plan Meeting
About
RDA Yorke and Mid North are hosting a workshop in Kadina as part of their Small Business Fundamentals program which will focus on using AI, effective HR and cashflow management in your small business. This will be held from 4-6pm.This will then be followed by the Copper Coast Council's strategic plan meeting held from 6:20-7:20pm, after a break for light refreshments. This will be used to validate the findings of the recent Copper Coast Community Survey. These findings will shape the priorities for business in the Strategic Management Plan.
