This Strata Committee Training course focuses on good governance and how it helps strata committees achieve compliance with the strata legislation and meet expectations of the stakeholders. Suitable for all strata management staff that are currently facilitating committee meetings or working towards that responsibility in the future.Whether you are taking up the responsibilities of a committee member for the first time or you are an experienced committee member, there is always something you can do to improve your knowledge and the governance of your strata community.
By introducing the Strata Committee training course throughout Australia and New Zealand, SCA aims to raise and support awareness of the important role committee members play in the management of their strata community.

1. Registration: By registering for this webinar, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Payment: Full payment is required to secure your spot for the webinar. Access to the webinar will only be granted upon receipt of payment in full.
3. Refunds: Refunds are available upon request up until 24 hours before the webinar's scheduled start time. No refunds will be provided after this period.
4. Name Changes: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual up until 24 hours before the webinar's scheduled start time. To transfer your registration, please notify us with the name and contact information of the individual who will be attending in your place.
5. Access: The webinar link and access details will be provided closer to the event date. Sharing these details with non-registered individuals is strictly prohibited.
6. Content: All webinar content is proprietary. Recording, re-distribution, or unauthorized sharing of the webinar is prohibited.
7. Technical Issues: We are not responsible for technical issues on the attendee's end, such as internet connection problems or software incompatibility. We recommend testing your connection and software before the webinar starts.
8. Modification or Cancellation: We reserve the right to modify or cancel the webinar if unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, registrants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be offered if the webinar is canceled.
