The Recorder’s Directions which take effect on 7 March 2024 make binding Directions relating to the preparation and lodgement for registration of applications, dealings, instruments, and other documents for the purposes of the Land Titles Act 1980.In relation to the Directions, and in addition to the published material available via the NRE Website (Lodgment Requirements), the Recorder is offering further guidance in the form of informal discussion sessions.
These sessions will be an opportunity for feedback and guidance, the first of which will be for the purpose of conversation in respect of Verification of Authority. Attendance will be limited; however a number of sessions will be held.
