The seminar provides an introduction to native title, including land rights & the future act regime, aspirations and prospects for traditional owner rights in inland water, and cultural heritage law in Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales (6 CPD pts).It also provides an opportunity to participate in discussion with Traditional Owner Ken Stewart, about how rights & responsibilities to culture & Country are enacted within statutory and regulatory environments.
