PART 1 - Solar for Apartments (Vic Gov't representatives) 

A new program offers grants up to $2,800 per apartment to install solar panels, potentially saving you $500/year on bills. Applications are open now for buildings with up to 50 apartments, aiming to bring solar benefits to renters and owners alike. 

PART 2 – Let Me Be Frank (Amy Brand) 

Research by Domain (and many others) has found that sustainable homes sell for a significant price premium, with buyers paying an average of $72,750 more for energy efficient, sustainable apartments. So how can existing apartments and buildings be retrofitted to make them more efficient and sustainable? And what role can strata managers play in this transition? In this session, we’ll discuss these questions.
