Join the team from Vanrooy Machinery and Puratos as they demonstrate the use of innovative equipment to increase efficiency in your bakery and ingredients that you didn't know were made in Australia. You will learn recipes and receive technical insights into how these products are developed to make your job as a baker or pastrycook easier.Recipes include Pinsa Dough, Brioche Tropizone, Red Velvet Cake, Sweet Croissants and Danish, and more. The demonstration will run for three hours, refreshments and samples will be served and you will receive a goodie bag full of samples from Puratos.
