LITTLE ROCKETS
Artform: Circus
Lauch into LITTLE ROCKETS and build the foundational skills needed to be a future circus extraordinaire!
Acrobatics, tumbling, conditioning and circus play are all explored in this fun and highly active class. 3... 2... 1... GO!
Ages: 6 – 9 years (primary school)
Mondays: 3.00pm – 4.00pm
Fee: $175 / $160

THEATRE WORKS (Palmerston)
Artform: Theatre & scripts
Delve deep into some of Australia’s most exciting contemporary texts, in this program that brings scripts to life.
Following the rehearsal process that takes place in professional theatres, THEATRE WORKS will prepare you for the performing arts industry, and a life on the stage. Script will be dissected, characters will be rigorously explored and rehearsals with leading theatre directors will see the program result in a class viewing or public performances.
Ages: 13 – 18 years
Mondays: 4.00pm – 6.00pm

DYNAMITE CIRCUS
Artform: Circus (foundations)
Acrobatics, equilibristics, and manipulations will see DYNAMITE CIRCUS skills explode!
Participants will build their strength as well as improve their flexibility and coordination through conditioning, essential for circus extraordinariness. Participants will develop a specialist skill, alongside fun groupwork.
Ages: 10 – 16 years
Mondays: 4.15pm – 5.45pm
Fee: $250 / $230

CIRCUS TROUPE
Artform: Circus, storytelling & aerial
TROUPE is for young and emerging circus artists with a high level of skill and to desire to make performances, and is Corrugated Iron’s most advanced level of circus artistry. TROUPE encompasses all circus forms, with ensemble members working collaboratively to train and make new work.
Access through audition only.
Ages: Up to 30 years
Mondays: 6.00pm – 8.30pm
Fee: $360 / $310

FLIGHT SCHOOL
Artform: Aerial (foundation/returners)
Ever dreamt of learning to fly?
Glide on in and join our introduction to aerials no matter what your expereince levels are, have fun, learn tricks and develop performance skills. FLIGHT SCHOOL builds on aerial foundation skills and develops the core strenght needed to get you up in the air and flying high! If you've ever seen cool tricks you'd like to try, this class will give you the building blocks towards reaching your aerial goals.
Ages: 9 – 16 years

HIGH FLYERS
Artform: Aerial (experienced/explorers)
This class is for aerial improvers who already have foundation aerial skills. You are invited to specialise in one of three different options: Verticals (tissu/rope), Trapeze/Sling combo or, Lyra during the term. Combination options are designed that the students are able to experience the similarities and differences with aligned equipment and transfer skills between both. We aim to instil curiosity and exploration in their aerial journey. Classes include conditioning and strength developing your strength, flexibility and endurance in a fun and supportive environment.
This class is a springboard for participants who are interested in joining Troupe/ Zero Gravity in the future.

PLAY MAKERS (Palmerston)
Artform: Theatre, storytelling & imaginative play
A place to play, make, and make plays!
PLAY MAKERS is for all budding performers and storytellers. We will explore fun ways to create characters alongside a range of creative ways to tell stories, including acting with shadow play, projection and puppets! Even though PLAY MAKERS has a focus on skills development, with an opportunities to show off new skills to family and friends.
If you have a BIG imagination, PLAY MAKERS is for you!
Ages: 8 – 12 years (upper primary)

ADULT AERIAL 18+
Artform: Aerial
Adult Aerial is an introduction to all aspects of aerial arts. If you've ever wanted to climb a tissu or hang from a trapeze, this is the class for you! Whatever your level of fitness, we will meet you wherever you're at. Adult aerial will develop your core and upper body strength at a rate appropriate for you, in a safe and fun way.
Come join us for a dangle! Life is better when you're upside down.

Want to develop your aerial awesomeness even further? Come and hone your techniques and generate new aerial choreography in this invite/audition only class. This class is open to TROUPE aerialists and advanced artists who would like more time in the air.

LITTLE SPARKS

Participants, prepare to have your imagination ignited!
LITTLE SPARKS is a class full of creative play. Through storytelling, music, movement and circus foundations, our littlest creatives will grow in confidence and develop their performance skills. It’ll be loud; it’ll be fun; it’ll be an epic imaginative adventure!

BIG SPARKS

Welcome to the Imaginarium: this is an action packed introduction to the amazing worlds of circus AND storytelling!
Jump, dive and delve deeper into circus and performance skills, BIG SPARKS has an emphasis on body awareness, coordination, and balance. Participants will be introduced to acrobatics and tumbling as well as the development of characters and story.

Jumping, flipping and bouncing in stealth mode!
The sky is the limit in this multi-skilled class. With acrobatics and tumbling at its heart, you will also develop solo specialities and embed group work for performance. NINJAS is perfect for emerging circus artists wanting to have fun, develop extra skills and for Troupe members wanting extra circus time.

As part of our production team, you'll dive into all aspects of production tech, from crafting designs to orchestrating light plots and ensuring seamless tech performances.
