About
The Blended Workplace MHFA training, facilitated by Kate Meadows (Be More Mindful), is an accredited training certificate consisting of both self-paced eLearning modules and a face-to-face session.Kate has 20 years' experience in educational settings, wellbeing and leadership, mental health crisis counselling and referral. Kate facilitates a variety of Workplace Wellbeing material to both corporate and community organisations.
The course teaches managers, supervisors, and individuals how to assist a co-worker who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. However, course participants will learn mental health first aid skills that can be applied to help any adult.
Course content is tailored to the workplace setting using case-studies, videos and resources tailored to their learning needs.
