Elvina is very excited to welcome special guest chef and native Sardinian, Federico Tidu in creating a traditional Sardinian Long Lunch for us on Sunday 21 April.Federico boasts an illustrious career with extensive experience in renowned establishments worldwide. Federico has established his culinary expertise at the esteemed Tivoli restaurant in Italy, Pilu at Freshwater and Bvlgari in Tokyo, so we are honoured to have him in our kitchen.
Enjoy a 5 course special menu, serving traditional delights from Fede's homeland accompanied with his favourite hand-picked Sardinian wines.
