Here we gather to connect in new found ways to our bodies, our inner realms and our pleasure pathways.In these times of great upheaval and overwhelm, we need to top up our inner resources. It’s imperative that our connection to ourselves is strong. From this place we have more capacity, more clarity and are able to respond and not collapse. This gathering will be a collective prayer for Peace.
Think of the Embodiment Playground like yoga class to activate your pleasure pathways in a non-sexual way. We all have a sensual blueprint that is unique to each one of us. Using breathwork and embodiment practices, we'll tap into your individual expression.
