The final wellness journey through the chakra workshop covering the 7 chakra within the body.This will be a wonderful evening of meditation, clearing and celebrating the knowledge and development we have gained and work we have done to develop and honour our ourselves whether you have attended one or many of the workshops to date.
It is a wonderful time to connect within and be guided in a supportive environment to support yourself to remove blockages - leaving you feeling refreshed, renewed and ready for the rest of 2024.
